Jakarta - Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) opened higher thin, follow the movements of the Japanese index rose thin at the opening today's trading. While the rupiah remained motionless in the position of USD 9.075/US $.
Open trade early this week, Monday (07/05/2010), Jakarta Composite rose 1.13 points, or 0.05 thinly% to 2875.625, and until 9:40 pm, JCI continues to strengthen 0.32% or 9.194 points to 2880.74. LQ45 index also opened higher 0.19% or 1.054 points to 557.67.
In today's trading, the increase is driven by an increase JCI share price of Astra International (ASII) of 0.97% or Rp 450 to Rp 46 750. Similarly, for stocks Gudang Garam (GGRM), which increased, followed by shares of Unilever (UNVR) and United Tractors (UNTR).
Asian stock movement in the morning is quite diverse, in the middle of a fairly diverse sentiment:
* Nikkei-225 index gained 34.30 points (0.37%) to a level of 9238.01.
* Shanghai Index fell 25.87 points thin (1.09%) to a level of 2357.03.
Wall Street at the weekend still recovering from the downturn. In trading Friday (07/02/2010), the Dow Jones closed down 46.05 points (0.47%) to a level of 9686.48. Index Standard & Poor's 500 index also fell 4.79 points (0.47%) to 1022.58 and the Nasdaq melamah level 9.57 points (0.46%) to a level of 2091.79.
